We are happy to re-use existing tiles or slates if they are in a good condition and we cover concrete interlocking tiles, plain tiles, natural and synthetic slates. All the felt we use is BBM approved and breathable and all batten is treated. We also offer a choice of insulation and ventilation which can be supplied and fitted within the flat roof system we offer <\/p>\n

On our high performance three layer roof system we offer a first layer perforated cap sheet to allow the roof to breathe a second layer 2mm torch on felt which is a waterproof layer and finally a third layer 4mm high performance mineral cap sheet\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
